I have been hoping to start exercising for a long time but I keep on making excuses for it. When I heard there was going to be a hike in Elephant hill, looks like an elephant from a distance, in the Aberdare Ridge I deliberated over it until the very last minute, when I decided to give it a try.

If you work a 9-5 in Nairobi you are probably forced to leave your house at least an hour before earlier in order to make it to work on time, which at times is close to two which is ridiculous. On the other had in order to avoid the crazy jams I prefer leaving the house pretty early and as a result \i end up having breakfast at work. I have learnt that in order to appreciate the diversity of meals you have to be comfortable enough to work with the ingredients that are readily available to you.
