When you have an extremely busy schedule pasta is a life saver as it is easily prepared within 10 minutes max, the plus though is that it can be served with literally anything ranging from beef, chicken, eggs and if you prefer vegetables they are good to go too.

In college I had lots of pasta and with time I came to love and appreciate pasta served with some meatballs. The meatballs I used were store bought and at times they used to disappoint as they would be over/under seasoned and in some instances the meatballs were not to my liking. This led to some disappointing dinners, I went online looking for some simple yet delicious homemade meatballs.

This is one of the meatball recipes that I prepare quite often, almost weekly, and it is always enjoyed. On this particular Sunday, I had some time to spare and decided why not prepared some homemade meatballs.

With time I have come to observe that if the ingredients proportions are right they hold the cook till served on the plate. Plus the bite is refreshing as there is a burst of freshness from the fresh cilantro complemented by the spices.

Over the years, the meatballs I have made at home must have: onions, garlic & ginger, salt & black pepper, breadcrumbs, eggs, and some cilantro to add some freshness. In order to ensure that you have the best results, ensure that you put the meatballs in the fridge for 15 minutes as this binds everything together infusing the flavors into each other.
