BLUE BERRIES PANCAKES & BLUE BERRIES

Breakfast is very important for me and I look forward to weekends when I have time to spare and prepare some simple but equally delicious breakfast. YUMMY PORRIDGE


Growing up porridge was a common delicacy in our house.  Porridge is nutritious but nobody likes the taste of just plain porridge without any other additives. ELEPHANT HILL HIKE

I have been hoping to start exercising for a long time but I keep on making excuses for it. When I heard there was going to be a hike in Elephant hill, looks like an elephant from a distance, in the Aberdare Ridge I deliberated over it until the very last minute, when I decided to give it a try.

Who says quality & delicious meals have to be complex prepared with some expensive and not very readily available ingredients?

I have learnt that in order to appreciate the diversity of meals you have to be comfortable enough to work with the ingredients that are readily available to you.
